There are standard policies and procedures that help establish Gifted Hands Salon Spa Dance Galleria.  Our organization of services, safety and empowering work environment gives an oasis for everyone to thrive.  We utilize the 3 p’s rule (peaceful, professional, and profitable).

1.  Tardiness
Late clients can derail your booking so we offer a grace period up to 15 minutes and anytime later requires a late fee.  This policy ensures everyone is respectful of other clients and staff’s time.  We can be flexible with clients who call in advance to notify us of their unintentional tardiness.

2.  Late Cancellation and No-Show
Every time a seat isn’t occupied, our business lose money.  We are left with little recourse to make up lost compensation.  For this reason, a $30.00 cancellation/No-show fee applies.  Time is valuable for everyone.

3.  Payments and Refunds
We require credit card information to book an appointment and let the client know this information can be used for quicker check-outs in the future as well as future fees.  Deposits must be paid to book services for braids, weaves, non-surgical hair replacement or any other lengthy service.  Payments can be made by cash, or credit card which includes a 4% processing fee.  There are no refunds on any services.  We offer a client the opportunity to return for a repair or maybe offer a discount on the next service.

4.  Age Requirement
Our Galleria is designed for the entire family (Men, Women and Children) however the private Queen’s Palace is dedicated to children.  we implement a consent form from an adult for services done on any child under 18 years of age.  This helps protect our galleria against any parental recourse.  The child must have an appointment to enter the Queen’s Palace and the parents can have the pleasure of watching through our bay windows.

5.  Cell phones
We know that cell phones are essential but they can change rhythm of a service while texting can ruin a manicure.  We request clients keep phones on silent/vibrate.  Our Galleria includes private rooms to maintain a quiet environment.

6.  Pets
Pets are cute but other clients could have allergies or fear of dogs.  Our policy will allow service dogs with up to date shot records.

7.  Health, History and Illness
It’s important to know if your client has health issues such as diabetes, pregnant or on medications.  This allows us to safeguard both the client and the technician against health complications due to services rendered.  We require  a waiver and personal intake form to be completed.

8.  Privacy
We ensure the client’s health information and financial information is secure.  The owner or the salon manager are the persons with access to this information and how it is used.  The information is never sold or shared and is always private for their protection.

9.  Pricing policy
